Shipping and Collection Policy

Retail Website Orders
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery times depending on your location and the courier network.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the freight carrier. The carrier is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs so we can assist with a freight claim.

Bulk Farm Deliveries
For bulk farm orders, EcoFarm Aotearoa will arrange freight on behalf of the customer using commercial freight carriers. Freight charges will be quoted where possible prior to dispatch and will be on charged once EcoFarm Aotearoa has received the freight invoice from the carrier. Once the freight carrier has collected the goods, transport is at the carrier’s risk and they are responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. Farmers are also welcome to arrange their own freight if they have a preferred carrier.

Customers must ensure delivery access is suitable for the vehicle arranged. Additional freight charges may apply where special delivery arrangements are required.

Order Collection (Pick Ups)
Pick ups may be arranged in limited circumstances for larger orders.

Paeroa – Head Office
Pick ups from our Paeroa office may be arranged by prior appointment, depending on staff availability.

Oxford Depot
The Oxford location operates primarily as a logistics depot for farm deliveries rather than a retail collection point. Collections from Oxford incur a $9.50 handling fee to cover the additional administration involved in organising depot collections, invoicing, and payment processing.
